Built in the markets we call home.
281 Lodging Group’s hospitality experience dates to 1996. From our Longview base, the company has worked across branded select-service, extended-stay, and full-service environments in East Texas.
Our regional scale is intentional. It keeps leadership connected to hotel teams and gives ownership a partner who understands the local business behind the asset.
We believe good management is both disciplined and human: clear priorities, useful communication, capable leaders, and a guest experience that teams can deliver consistently.
